The transfer of title to residential units - from "co-op" to "fee simple" ownership
Abstract:
Obsahem bakalářské práce je shrnutí procesu převodů jednotek, na jejichž výstavbu byla finanční, úvěrová a jiná pomoc státu, z vlastnictví družstva, které bylo původním vlastníkem budovy a plní zároveň povinnosti správce, do vlastnictví člena družstva od podání výzvy člena družstva k převodu jednotky do vlastnictví až do okamžiku vzniku společenství vlastníků jednotek jako právnické osoby.

The content of this work is a summary of the process of transferring the housing units from the ownership of a cooperative, which was the original owner of the building and at the same time fulfils the obligations as a building administrator, from the time the member of cooperatives gives in the call appeal for transferring the ownership till the creation of the owners association as a legal entity …more
