Employee Education in Healthcare as a Part of the Personal Management

Abstract:

Cílem diplomové práce je analyzovat systém vzdělávání zdravotnických pracovníků jako součást personálního managementu ve vybrané organizaci a zpracovat návrh ucelené koncepce vzdělávání, která by odpovídala potřebám společnosti i samotných zaměstnanců. Teoretická část se zabývá nejen personálním řízením a významem lidských zdrojů pro organizaci, ale také systémem vzdělávání lékařských a nelékařských zdravotnických pracovníků, včetně příslušné legislativy. Praktická část představuje charakteristiku vybrané společnosti, strukturu zdravotnických pracovníků a začlenění personálního oddělení do procesu vzdělávání v organizaci. Na základě teoretických informací a poznatků z interních dokumentů organizace, výzkumného dotazníkového šetření a interview se zástupcem personálního úseku je analyzován současný vzdělávací systém zdravotnického zařízení. Závěrem je zpracován návrh koncepce vzdělávání zdravotnických pracovníků.

Abstract:

The aim of the diploma thesis is to analyze the system of education of healthcare workers as a part of the personnel management in a selected organization and to draft a comprehensive concept of education that would meet the needs of the company and the employees themselves. The theoretical part deals not only with the personnel management and the importance of human resources for the organization, but also with the system of education of medical and non-medical healthcare workers, including relevant legislation. The practical part presents the characteristics of the selected company, the structure of healthcare workers and the integration of the personnel department into the process of education in the organization. Based on the theoretical information and findings from the organization's internal documents, a research questionnaire survey and an interview with a representative of the personnel department, the current educational system of the medical facility is analyzed. In conclusion, a draft of the concept of education of healthcare workers is elaborated.
