Abstract:
Práce se zabývá problematikou nespolehlivého plátce DPH. Jedná se o relativně nový institut při správě daní. Velmi zajímavé bylo analyzovat popsat vývoj právní a metodické úpravy tak, aby institut vyhověl svému hlavnímu cíli – poskytnout správci daně účinný nástroj pro boj s daňovými podvody a zabránění daňovým únikům při zachování podmínky nezatěžovat poctivé plátce. The thesis deals with the issue of unreliable VAT payer. It is a relatively new insti-tute in tax administration.
