Bakalářská práce se zabývá spotřebitelskými smlouvami a jejich využití v praxi. Nejprve se práce věnuje historii právní úpravy spotřebitelského práva a vymezení obecných pojmů. Následně se práce zaměřuje na jednotlivé spotřebitelské smlouvy, a to na smlouvy uzavírané distančním způsobem, mimo obchodní prostory, smlouvy o finančních službách a smlouvy o dočasném užívání ubytovacích prostor. The bachelor thesis deals with consumer contracts and their use in practice. First, the work deals with the history of consumer law and the definition of general concepts.
