Designing and implementing chatbot which can provide partial diagnosis and steps of rehabilitation and prevetion of injuries of the lower limb in sports environment

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem a implementací chatbota, který poskytuje částečnou diagnostiku a postupy rehabilitace a prevence zranění dolních končetin ve sportovním prostředí. Prvním dílčím cílem práce je přiblížení problematiky chatbotů čtenáři. Dalším je analýza volně přístupných nástrojů pro tvorbu chatbota včetně návrhu metodiky porovnání. Posledním je otestování implementovaného řešení. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na popis pojmu umělá inteligence a chatbot. Po vysvětlení těchto pojmů je v práci popsáno dělení na základě typu a prostředí, do kterého agenti mohou být implementováni. Poté je popsán jejich historický vývoj. Teoretická část pokračuje příklady známých chatbotů a využívaných platforem a končí charakterizací náležitostí, kterým je vhodno se věnovat při návrhu agenta. Druhá část je zaměřena na výběr vhodného nástroje pro implementaci. Začíná popisem postupu metodiky pro výběr. Následně se tato část věnuje charakterizací vybraných porovnávaných nástrojů a výběrem rozhodujících parametrů. Na konci je popsáno bodování a je vybrán vhodný prostředek pro implementaci. V třetí sekci práce dochází ke kvalitativnímu výzkumu ve formě rozhovorů, který stanovuje požadavky na chatbota. Zde je popsána metoda sběru dat, zvolené otázky a charakteristika výběru vzorku respondentů. Sekce pokračuje postupem realizace rozhovorů a vyhodnocením výzkumu. Na konci této části jsou stanoveny požadavky na chatbota. V části návrhu agenta je zezačátku popsán návrh účelu, osobnosti a persony. Poté jsou stanoveny základní tematické okruhy, které vychází z výstupu výzkumu a návrh agenta je zakončen modelovými konverzacemi. V samotné implementaci dochází k realizaci řešení v platformě ManyChat. Práce končí testováním chatbota na základě požadavků a jeho použitelnosti testery.

Abstract:

The bachelor´s degree thesis deals with design and implementation of a chatbot which can provide partial diagnosis of injuries of the lower limb a can provide steps of rehabilitation and prevention of injuries of the lower limb in sports environment. First partial goal of the thesis is to describe matters of chatbot to a reader. Another goal is a analysis free tool for chatbot creation with methodology included. Last goal is testing of the implemented creation. The theoretical part focuses on the description of the concept of artificial intelligence and chatbot. After explaining these concepts, the thesis describes the division based on the type and environment in which agents can be implemented. Then their historical development is described. The theoretical part continues with examples of known chatbots and often used platforms and ends with a characterization of the essentials that should be addressed when designing an agent. The second part is focused on the selection of a suitable tool for implementation. It begins with a description of the selection methodology procedure. Subsequently, this part deals with the characterization of selected tools to be compared and the selection of crucial parameters. At the end, scoring is described and a suitable means for implementation is selected. In the part of the agent's proposal, the proposal of purpose, personality and person is first described. Then the basic thematic areas are determined, which are based on the research output, and the agent's proposal ends with model conversations. In the implementation itself, the solution is implemented in the ManyChat tool The work ends with testing the chatbot based on the requirements and its usability by testers.
