Práce popisuje úlohy řízení lidských zdrojů a jejich význam v řízení celé organizace s důrazem na problematiku získávání kvalifikovaných zaměstnanců, jak si kvalifikované zaměstnance udržet a jak jejich schopnosti i nadále rozvíjet.
