Cílem této bakalářské práce je návrh a zpracování mobilní aplikace pro handicapované pomocí frameworku Ionic 2. Součástí práce je jak popis frameworku i s moderními technikami využitelnými při vyvíjení webové aplikace, tak i praktické zpracování klientské části závislé na serverovém API.
