Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce popisuje nejdůležitější daňové aspekty využívání automobilu v podnikání. Zabývá se možnými situacemi pořízení, používání a vyřazení automobilu, se kterými se můžou podnikatelé nejčastěji setkat. Teoretická část seznamuje s platnými zákony a právními předpisy vztahujícími se k dané problematice. Praktická část aplikuje zjištěné poznatky na příkladu podnikající právnické osoby. …more

This bachelor thesis describes the most important tax aspects of car use in business. It deals with the most common possible situations of acquisition, use and disposal of the car. The theoretical part introduces the valid laws and regulations relating to the issue. The practical part applies the findings on an example of a legal entity.
