Ve své práci jsem se zabýval možnostmi, které má optometrista při vyšetřovaní pacientů podezřelých z glaukomového onemocnění. Pro správnou diagnostiku je nutné pochopení anatomických a fyziologických poměrů v oku. Z tohoto důvodu se v první části práce věnuji anatomii a patofyziologii oka. In my work I considered the possibility that the optometrist in the investigation of patients suspected of having glaucoma. For proper diagnosis is necessary tounderstand the anatomical and physiological conditions in the eye. For this reason,the first part devoted to anatomy and pathophysiology of the eye.
