Accounting Specifics of the Municipality Milotice

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá účetními specifiky obce Milotice. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny základní pojmy, týkající se charakteristiky obcí, jejich majetku a působnosti, struktury rozpočtu obcí a strukturou veřejného rozpočtu, základní teorií účetnictví, legislativou a jsou zde popsány rozdíly účetnictví obce. Praktická část je zaměřena na charakteristiku obce Milotice, rozpočet obce, specifické účetní případy a analýzu účetních výkazů. Je zde uvedeno specifické účtování s praktickými příklady. Cílem bakalářské práce je zobrazit rozdíly mezi účetnictvím obcí a podnikatelských subjektů, také je zde analyzován rozpočet a účetnictví obce Milotice.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the accounting specifics of the village Milotice. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts related to the characteristics of municipalities, their property and scope, the structure of municipal budgets and the structure of the public budget, basic accounting theory, legislation and describes the differences in municipal accounting. The practical part is focused on the characteristics of the municipality of Milotice, the budget of the municipality, specific accounting cases and analysis of financial statements. There is a specific accounting with practical examples. The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to show the differences between the accounting of municipalities and business entities, it also analyzes the budget and accounting of the municipality of Milotice.
