Abstract:

Diplomová práce „Výuka komunikace se zákazníkem v Hotelnictví a turismu“ pojednává o základních i specifických poznatcích o komunikaci, které je potřeba znát v rámci úspěšné profesionální komunikace s hostem, podle nichž je třeba se řídit a jejichž transformace v dobré komunikační dovednosti z teorie do praxe tvoří prevenci střetu, komunikačnímu konfliktu se zákazníkem, který by poškodil dobré jméno podniku či ubytovacího zařízení. Tyto poznatky jsou v textu také doplněny o sumu znalostí, doporučení přístupu k hostovi v této oblasti v pojetí nezbytných znalostí pro studenty škol zaměřených na Hotelnictví a turismus, obohaceny o tzv. typologii hosta, která popisuje různé typy hostů, s nimiž se studenti v praxi mohou posléze setkat. Navazující praktická část práce prezentuje v návaznosti na uvedené teoretické zázemí o komunikaci výzkumné šetření na vybraných školách s oborem Hotelnictví a turismus konané u studentů posledních ročníků studia, které zjišťovalo jejich ohodnocení a spokojenost s kvalitou výuky komunikačních dovedností, o nichž hovoří i teoretická část práce. Závěr práce předkládá na základě tohoto šetření doporučení pro zkvalitnění výuky komunikace pro školy zaměřené na obor Hotelnictví a turismus na podkladě výsledků pohledu od zmíněných respondentů (studentů) vybraných škol.

Abstract:

Diploma thesis „Teaching communication with customer in Hotel and Tourism“ deals with basic and specific knowledge about communication, which is necessary to know in the frame of successful professional communication with the guest, according to which it is necessary to follow and whose transformation into good communication skills from theory to practice it is a conflict prevention, communication conflict with the customer, which would damage the reputation of the company or accommodation facility. This knowledge is also supplemented by the sum of knowledge, recommendation of approach to the guest in this area in the concept of necessary knowledge for students of schools focused on Hotel and Tourism, enriched by the so-called guest typology, which describes the different types of guests with whom students in they may eventually meet. The follow-up practical part of the thesis presents, in connection with the above-mentioned theoretical background of communication, a research in selected schools with the field of Hotel and Tourism organized by students of the last years of study. The conclusion of this work is based on this survey recommendations for improving the quality of communication education for schools focused on the hotel and tourism industry on the basis of the results of the above mentioned respondents (students) of selected schools.
