Strategic Analysis of the Company StrongMed s. r. o.

Abstract:

Primárním cílem této bakalářské práce je poskytnout firmě StrongMed, s. r. o. komplexní pohled na její momentální tržní postavení, vnější a vnitřní okolí firmy, předpokládáný budoucí vývoj odvětví a firemní silné a slabé stránky. Tohoto cíle je dosaženo pomocí strategické analýzy a jejích nástrojů. V první řadě je provedena literární rešerše a definice jednotlivých podnikových analýz na základě dostupné literatury a odborných článků, zatímco v praktické části jsou tyto metody aplikovány na danou firmu. V samotném závěru je zhotovena SWOT analýza, která poskytuje pohled na firemní silné a slabé stránky společně s příležitostmi a hrozbami, které plynou z analýzy okolí. Veškerá data použita v této bakalářské práci byla získána z veřejně dostupných zdrojů a z rozhovorů s majitelem a jediným jednatelem analyzované firmy.

Abstract:

The primary goal of this bachelor's thesis is to provide the company StrongMed, s. r. o. with a comprehensive view of its current market position, external and internal environment of the company, expected future development of the industry and the company's strengths and weaknesses. This goal will be achieved through strategic analysis and its tools. First of all, a literature search and definition of individual business analyzes is performed on the basis of available literature and professional articles, while in the practical part these methods are applied to the company. At the very end, a SWOT analysis is made, which provides an overview of the company's strengths and weaknesses, along with the opportunities and threats that arise from the analysis of the environment. All data used in this bachelor's thesis were obtained from publicly available sources and from interviews with the owner of the analyzed company.
