Abstract:

CUTÁKOVÁ, Martina. Systém zaměstnaneckých benefitů ve vybraném podniku. [Bakalářská práce] University College Prague – Vysoká škola mezinárodních vztahů a Vysoká škola hotelová a ekonomická. Znojmo: 2023. 54 stran. Bakalářská práce se zabývá systémem zaměstnaneckých benefitů ve vybraném podniku. Cílem práce je vyslovit doporučení pro úpravu zaměstnaneckých benefitů v dané společnosti, s důrazem na její aktivity v oblasti Jižní Moravy. Práce se skládá z části teoretické, praktické a návrhové. Teoretická část obsahuje obecné poznatky z oblasti zaměstnaneckých benefitů. V analytické části je představena společnost ČSOB, a.s. s její současnou nabídkou zaměstnaneckých výhod a provedeno porovnání s benefity dalších tří společností. V návrhové části je na základě provedených analýz a vlastního dotazníkového šetření navrženo doporučení pro úpravu zaměstnaneckých benefitů.

CUTÁKOVÁ, Martina. Employee benefits system in a specific company. [Bachelor’s Dissertation] University College Prague – College of International Relations and Institute of Hospitality Management and Economics. Znojmo: 2023. 54 pages. The bachelor thesis is focused on the system of employee benefits in a selected company. The aim of the thesis is to make recommendations for the modification of employee benefits in the company, with emphasis on its activities in South Moravia. The thesis consists of theoretical, analytical and suggested. General knowledge in the field of employee benefits is contained in the theoretical part. In the analytical part, ČSOB, a.s. company is presented with its current offer of employee benefits and there is a companison with the benefits of three other companies. In the suggested part, recommendations for adjusting employee benefits are proposed on the basis of the analyses and the questionnaire survey.
