Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá současnou situací na trhu s nemovitostmi z pohledu Evropské unie. Hlavním cílem této práce je zjištění, jestli zemí s nejnižší úrovni korekce na trhy s nemovitostmi během Velké Recese, představují nejvyšší riziko v současné době.
