Abstract:
Diplomová práce se věnuje problému ochrany soukromí na internetu a právem na zapomnění. Cílem práce je analýza pojmu právo na zapomnění se zaměřením na jeho vhodnost jako nástroje ochrany práva na informační sebeurčení na internetu. Vzhledem k jurisdikčnímu dosahu práva na zapomnění se bude práce věnovat také možnostem jeho aplikace ve Spojených státech amerických. V obecné části práce se věnuji pojmu …more

Thesis is focused on the problematics of the protection of privacy and the right to be forgotten. The aims of the thesis are an analysis of the right to be forgotten with emphasis on its suitability as a means of securing the right of informational self-determination and the possibilities of its adoption in the United States of America.
