Use of MALDI-TOF Spectrometry in Preparation of Future Teachers of Chemistry
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na vytvoření laboratorní úlohy využívající metodu MALDI-TOF pro předmět Aplikovaná chemie a moderní metody chemického výzkumu určený studentům oboru Učitelství chemie pro ZŠ na Pedagogické fakultě Masarykovy univerzity. Byla změřena a analyzována spektra dvanácti různých nápojů, z nichž čtyři byly využity v návrhu laboratorní úlohy pro studenty.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis is focused on creating a laboratory task using MALDI-TOF for the subject Applied Chemistry and Modern Methods of Chemical Research intended for students of the field of study Education of Chemistry for Secondary School at the Faculty of Education, Masaryk University.
