Literární rešerše popisuje důchodový systém jako celek včetně popisu sociálního systému České republiky. Následuje popis demografického vývoje a očekávaný vývoj věkové struktury obyvatel. The master thesis deals with the topic of sustainability of the pension system of the Czech Republic and the need to provide for one's own retirement. The literature search describes the pension system, including a description of the social system of the Czech Republic.
