Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku sledování vhodných ukazatelů nutnosti endotracheálního odsátí pacienta. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a empirickou část. V teoretické části jsou definovány základy zajištění a toalety dýchacích cest, základy UPV, monitorace pacienta a VAP. The diploma thesis is focused on the issue of monitoring of suitable indicators of patient's endotracheal suctioning. The thesis is divided into the theoretical and empirical part. The theoretical part defines the basics of the airway toilets and the providing of airways, the basics of the arteficial lung ventilation, the patient monitoring and the VAP.
