Vzdělávání a rozvoj manažerů v podniku

Abstract:
Práce se zabývá problematikou vzdělávání a rozvoje manažerů. Cílem práce je prozkoumat způsob rozvoje a vzdělávání manažerů ve vybraném podniku XY, posoudit efektivnost uplatňovaných postupů a metod rozvoje manažerů a navrhnout zlepšení možných nedostatků nebo problémů při uplatňování některých metod.
Abstract:
The thesis deals with the education and development of managers. The aim is to explore the way of development and education of managers in the selected company XY to assess the effectiveness of applied procedures and methods of management development and education and suggest improvements possible shortcomings or problems in applying certain methods.
