Burn out syndrom of teachers and professional soldiers

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se věnuje syndromu vyhoření a to především u pedagogů, kterých se tento syndrom podle mnoha odborných studií dotýká nejvíce. Dále pak je zde popsán syndrom vyhoření u vojáků z povolání, na kterých je tento problém také viditelný. Jsou zde popsány, jednotlivé fáze průběhu tohoto syndromu, spouštěče a v neposlední řadě také důsledky toho, co se stane, když tento problém člověk nijak neřeší. Cílem práce je poukázat na to, že syndrom vyhoření existuje, ale taky nato, že existují nějaké možnosti, jak proti němu můžeme bojovat, nebo se mu vyhnout. Význam této práce je, že by se lidé měli zamyslet nad svými problémy a nikdy je nepodceňovat. Závěrem je vše shrnuto ve výzkumu a jsou navržena možná řešení, jak tento problém zvládnout.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the burn-out syndrome, especially of teachers, because, they have according to a lot of professional studies the most problems with that syndrome. After that is here also described burn-out syndrome of professional soldiers, where we can, also see this problem. Also are here described individual progress-phases of this syndrome, starters and last, but not least are here the consequences of this, what happens, if the human being does not solve that. The goal of this thesis is to show, that burn-out syndrome exists and there are always any possibilities, how can we fight or avoid it. The point of this thesis is, that people have to think about their own problems and never underrate them. In conclusion is everything summarized in the research, and also are suggested possible solutions, how you can manage that problem.
