The Vision of Asociace DICE in the Coherence with the Needs and Interests of the Target Group

Abstract:

Cílem této bakalářské práce je zjištění předpokladů vedoucích k naplnění vize neziskové organizace v konfrontaci se zájmy, potřebami a preferencemi její cílové skupiny, a to na konkrétním příkladu Asociace DICE - Development Initiatives for a Common Europe, z. s. Vzhledem k začínajícímu působení této organizace ve Zlíně, potažmo Zlínském kraji, je důkladné poznání cílové skupiny zásadní pro rozvoj a činnost Asociace DICE. Na základě kvantitativního šetření vznikl seznam doporučení ze strany cílové skupiny, jehož imple-mentace do praxe by mohla vést k posílení pozice spolku ve Zlínském kraji. Dalším příno-sem této práce je sepsání komplexního popisu Asociace DICE spolu se stanovením strate-gických cílů a návrhem konkrétních kulturních aktivit, které by mohly pozvednout zlínské kulturní prostředí.

Abstract:

The main aim of this Bachelor Thesis is to identify the prerequisites leading to the fulfill-ment of the vision of a nongovernmental organization confronted with the interests, needs and preferences of its target group, using the concrete example of Asociace DICE Devel-opment Initiatives for a Common Europe, z. s. Given the relatively new presence of this organization in Zlín, and by extension in the Zlín region, a thorough knowledge of the tar-get group is essential to the development and operation of Asociace DICE. Using quantita-tive assessment, a list of recommendations from the target group's part was drawn up, the implementation of which into practice could lead to the strengthening of the association's position in the Zlín region. Other positive contributions of this Thesis include the devel-opment of a complex description of Asociace DICE along with the setting of strategic goals and suggesting specific cultural events that could enrich the Zlín cultural environ-ment.
