Abstract:
Tato práce popisuje problematiku identifikace a modelování požadavků na informační systém. Hlavní pozornost je věnována problematice hlasu zákazníka (VoC) a nástrojům, které mohou být při identifikaci použity.
Abstract:
This thesis describes issues of identification and modeling of requirements on information system. The main attention is paid to the issues of Voice of Customers and tools that can be used while identifiing it.
