Popularization of social work.

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce pojednává o popularizaci sociální práce. Cílem je zjistit, jaký je zájem studentů středních škol o studium oboru sociální práce na vysokých školách. Práce vysvětluje pojem sociální práce a charakterizuje identitu sociálního pracovníka. Dále popisuje, jaké je vzdělávání sociálního pracovníka v návaznosti na jeho budoucí pracovní uplatnění. V neposlední řadě práce ukazuje a hodnotí propagaci studia oboru sociální práce. Prostřednictvím dotazníku zajistí vhled do názoru studentů na zájem o studium oboru sociální práce, který byl k tomuto účelu vyhotoven. Jelikož se jedná o pilotní návrh průzkumu a ověření tak funkčnosti dotazníku pro budoucí možné použití, byl rozeslán malému vzorku studentů středních škol.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the popularization of social work. The aim is to find out the interest of secondary school students in the study of social work at universities. The work explains the concept of social work and characterizes the identity of a social worker. It also describes the education of social worker in relation to his future employment. Finally, yet importantly, the thesis shows and evaluates the promotion of social work studies. Through the questionnaire, it will ensure insight into student's opinions on the interest in studying the field of social work, which was created for this purpose. Since it is a pilot design of the survey and verification of the functionality of the questionnaire for future possible use, it was sent to a small sample of secondary school students.
