Abstract:
This bachelor thesis compares coagulation analyzers Sysmex CS 5100 and ACL TOP 550 CTS. The theoretical part deals with the physiology of blood coagulation, selected disorders of blood coagulation and principles of examination. Tato bakalářská práce porovnává koagulační analyzátory Sysmex CS 5100 a ACL TOP 550 CTS. Teoretická část práce se zabývá fyziologií krevního srážení, vybranými poruchami krevního srážení a principy vyšetření. V experimentální části jsou popsány analyzátory a porovnány použité reagencie z hlediska složení, interference a stability.
