Diplomová práce se zabývá aplikací metody SMED ve společnosti TES Vsetín, s.r.o. Hlavním cílem je právě aplikace této metody na vybrané zařízení. Projektovým cílem je zkrácení činnosti při přetypování u vybraného stroje alespoň o 10 % z původního stavu. K dosažení cíle bylo nejdříve zapotřebí z analyzovat současný stav přetypování. Abstract:
Master's Thesis deals with the application of the SMED method in the company TES Vsetín, s.r.o. The main goal is to apply this method to selected devices. The project goal is to reduce the recasting activity of selected machines by at least 10% from the original state.
