Bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice padělání a pozměňování cenin. Práce nahlíží na trestný čin nejen z pohledu státních orgánů, ale i z pohledu padělatelů. V první části práce je popisována soustava českých mincí a bankovek, jejich vznik, technické parametry a ochranné prvky. This bachelor’s thesis is dedicated to the counterfeiting and falsifications of valuables. The thesis looks considers criminal offence not only from the perspective of the government agency, but also of the counterfeiters.
