Evaluation of the financing of selected activities of the Těšín Theater

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem zhodnocení financování vybraných aktivit Těšínského divadla. Těšínské divadlo je příspěvkovou organizací, jehož zřizovatelem je Moravskoslezský kraj. Cílem bakalářské práce je zhodnotit financování vybraných aktivit Těšínského divadla. V teoretické části jsou popsány možnosti financování, hodnocení finanční návratnosti projektu. V praktické části je zhodnoceno financování vybraného úseku a vybraných aktivit Těšínského divadla, zhodnocení finanční návratnosti vybraných projektů a navržení vhodných forem financování. Pro zhodnocení financování vybraných aktivit jsou navrženy kalkulační metody pro řešení formou navýšení vstupného, vlivu návštěvnosti, získání účelové dotace a jinými možnostmi financování. Závěr práce přináší zjištění, že zvýšení vstupného nepřinese divadlu očekávaný finanční přínos, a naopak dochází ke snížení míry účelu divadla, zmiňovaného veřejně prospěšného přínosu.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis deals with the topic "Evaluation of the financing of selected activities of the Těšín Theatre". The Těšín Theater is a contributory organization founded by the Moravian-Silesian Region. The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to evaluate the financing of selected activities of the Těšín Theatre. The theoretical part describes financing options and evaluation of the project's financial return. In the practical part, the financing of the selected section and selected activities of the Těšín Theatre, the evaluation of the financial return of selected projects and the design of suitable forms of financing are evaluated. To evaluate the financing of selected activities, calculation methods are proposed for solutions in the form of an increase in entrance fees, the impact of attendance, obtaining a special-purpose subsidy and other financing options. The conclusion of the work brings the finding that an increase in theater admissions expects a disproportionate financial benefit, and on the contrary, an increase in the rate of reduction of the theater rate, the mentioned public beneficial benefit.
