Professional development of teachers of vocational subjects and practical training

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku v oblasti profesního rozvoje učitele praktického vyučování a odborného výcviku. Cílem teoretické části je vymezení podstaty učitelské profese, určení kompetencí učitele, přiblížení standardu učitele a shrnutí profesní dráhy učitele. Druhým cílem v této části bakalářské práce je vý-tah z odborné literatury se zaměřením přímo na učitele odborných předmětů v oboru kadeřnice, protože je to i můj obor. Cílem praktické části je vymezení reálných možností pro profesní rozvoj učitelů odborných předmětů na základě rozhovorů s učiteli těchto předmětů. Sběr dat byl veden strukturovaným rozhovorem. Dalším cílem, který navazuje na první cíl, je návrh řešení pro uplatnění zjištěných možností.

Abstract:

This thesis focuses on the issue of professional development of teachers of practi-cal education and training. The aim of the theoretical part is to define the essence of the teaching profession, determine the competences of teachers, approach the standard of teachers and summarize the career path of teachers. The second objec-tive of this part of the thesis is a lift from the literature focusing directly on teach-ers of vocational subjects in the field of hairdresser because it's my specialty.The aim of the practical part is to define real possibilities for professional development of teachers of vocational subjects based on interviews with teachers of these subjects. The data collection was conducted by a semi-structured inter-view. Another objective that follows the first objective is to propose a solution for the application of the identified possibilities.
