Abstract:

Práce přináší ucelený pohled na problematiku interakce vinutí s magnetickým obvodem synchronních strojů s permanentními magnety. Kromě matematického popisu tvaru magnetického pole produkovaného vinutím je v práci popsán vývoj vlastních metod pro výpočet indukce ve vzduchové mezeře a rozptylové indukčnosti drážek. Tyto vlastní metody vedou k přesnějšímu určení parametrů náhradního schématu stroje, včetně jejich závislosti na poloze rotoru a voleném časovém okamžiku. Na základě vypočtených průběhů je vytvořen matematický model stroje respektující vyšší harmonické složky způsobené jeho geometrií. Získané teoretické poznatky jsou použity při volbě a návrhu dvou synchronních generátorů s permanentními magnety. Jeden generátor má klasické průmyslové používané dvouvrstvé zubové vinutí, druhý generátor má upravené zubové vinutí třívrstvé. V práci je proveden elektromagnetický návrh obou strojů. Návrh je podpořený vlastními výpočty magnetického pole, které slouží k tvorbě matematického modelu obou generátorů. Návrh obou strojů je ověřen pomocí metody konečných prvků. Stroje následně byly sestaveny a vypočtené hodnoty a průběhy byly ověřeny experimentálně.

Abstract:

The thesis brings a comprehensive view on the issue of winding interaction with magnetic circuit of permanent magnet synchronous machines. In addition to the mathematical description of the winding magnetomotive force, the thesis is focused on the development of own methods for the calculation of air gap flux density and slot leakage inductance. These methods can be used to more precise determination of equivalent circuit parameters including their rotor position and time dependency. The mathematical model of the machine is based on calculated waveforms; the model is respecting higher harmonic components caused by the geometry of the machine. Acquired theoretical knowledge is applied to the selection and design of two synchronous generators with permanent magnets. First generator is using a typical double-layer tooth winding; the second generator has a modified three-layer tooth winding. The electromagnetic design of both machines is included in the thesis. The design is supported by own magnetic field calculations, which are used to create the mathematical model of both generators. The design is verified by the finite element method usage. The machines were then assembled and calculated values and waveforms were verified experimentally.
