The Human Resources Care in the Quality Management System in a Company Lázně Aurora, s.r.o.
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na oblast lidských zdrojů v systému managementu kvality. Hlavním cílem je zhodnocení péče o lidské zdroje v organizaci a posouzení vlivu zavedení systému managementu kvality na činnost a výkonnost lidských zdrojů. Následně jsou v bakalářské práci navržena opatření pro zlepšení péče a jednotlivých činností lidských zdrojů.
Abstract:
The bachelor´s thesis aims at the Human Resources in the Quality Management System. The main goal is to evaluate the Human Resources care in an organization and assess the effect of the Quality Management System implementation on the activity and productivity of the Human Resources.
