Diplomová práce vymezuje význam rizika, jeho podstatu, identifikuje rizika, analyzuje různé druhy rizik v daném podniku a navrhne zlepšení způsobu působení na zjištěná rizika. Návrhu zlepšení předchází posouzení a vyhodnocení daných rizik. Tato práce přibližuje bezpečnostní, právní, informační a technologické podnikatelské riziko. This thesis defines the significance of the risk, its nature, identifies risks, analyzes various types of risks in the enterprise and proposes improvements to the mode of action of the identified risks.
