Analysis of internal accounting guidelines of the Technicke sluzby mesta Pribora

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice tvorby vnitřních účetních směrnic Technických služeb města Příbora. V teoretické části jsem shrnula základní poznatky týkající se problematiky vnitřních účetních směrnic v příspěvkových organizacích. V praktické části se poté zaměřuji na tvorbu vnitřních účetních směrnic pro Technické služby města Příbora. Na začátku byla provedena důkladná analýza původních směrnic, které byly zastaralé a neplnily již svou funkci. V rámci analýzy byly navrženy úpravy a aktualizace stávajících směrnic, které byly doplněny novými směrnicemi. Všechny směrnice byly vytvořeny na základě příslušných ustanovení zákona o účetnictví, prováděcí vyhlášky a Českých účetních standardů.

Abstract:

This final bachelor thesis is related to formation of internal accounting guidelines of the Technicke sluzby mesta Pribora . In the theoretical part I summarized basic facts of internal accounting guidelines problems in allowance organizations. In the practical part I focus on formation of internal accounting guidelines referring to the Technicke sluzby města Pribora. At the beginning there was a deep analysis of primal directions made, which were out of date and they failed to perform their function. Within this analysis there were some modifications and updating of current directions suggested. All guidelines were created on the basis of relevant enactments of the accounting law, regulations and Czech accounting standards.
