Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá růstem skotu, jeho jatečnou hodnotou a technologickými systémy využívanými ve výkrmu jatečných kategorií.Nejdříve je popsána charakteristika růstu, ontogeneze a s ní spojena stádia růstu, metody používané k hodnocení růstu a čím je růst ovlivněn. This bachelor thesis deals with the growth of cattle, its carcass value and technological systems used in fattening categories.First, the characteristics of growth, ontogenesis and the associated stages of growth, the methods used to evaluate growth, and what affects growth are described.
