Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou vyšetřování trestného činu vraždy, která je spáchána střelnou zbraní. V úvodu je popsána střelná zbraň a její chování. Poté je práce rozdělena na tři hlavní části, kdy se nejprve věnuje právní úpravě vraždy a zabývá se rozdílem mezi vraždou a zabitím. The diploma thesis tackles on issue of investigation the crime of mur-der which is committed with a firearm. The introduction describes the firearm and its behavior. The work is then divided into three main parts when the first pursue with the legal regulation of murder and deals with the difference between murder and homicide.
