Abstract:

STILZOVÁ, Veronika. Ošetřovatelský proces u pacienta po roboticky asistované radikální prostatektomii. Vysoká škola zdravotnická, o.p.s. Stupeň kvalifikace: Bakalář (Bc.). Vedoucí práce: doc. PhDr. Anna Mazalánová, PhD., MPH., RS. Praha. 2020. 81s. Tématem bakalářské práce je ošetřovatelská péče o pacienta po roboticky asistované radikální prostatektomii. Onemocnění prostaty se dle Ústavu zdravotnických informací a statistik řadí mezi druhé nejčastější onemocnění mužů. Teoretická část charakterizuje stručný popis a problematiku onemocnění. Specifikuje prevalenci, prevenci, diagnostiku a terapii. Dále se zabývá historií robota, indikací k dané inovační technologii, výhody a rizika použití pomocného robotického systému da Vinci Xi. Popisuje předoperační a pooperační péči o pacienta, který byl indikován k danému operačnímu výkonu. Z doporučení WHO a dle rešerše odborné literatury tato práce shrnuje, jakým způsobem lze pomoci k návratu fyziologických a psychosociálních potřeb vedoucích k sebepéči pacienta. Praktická část jako kazuistika dle koncepčního modelu Marjory Godonové, byla vypracována u pacienta první den po operaci roboticky asistované radikální prostatektomii na podkladě všech kroků ošetřovatelského postupu souvisejících s ošetřovatelskými problémy pacienta s využitím klasifikačního systému NANDA I Taxonomie II 2015–2017. K bakalářské práci patří informační leták pro pacienty i veřejnost. Cílem této práce je uspokojení všech potřeb k udržení zdraví a informovat o nových možnostech léčby daného onemocnění.

Prague. 2020. 81 pages. The theme of this bachelor’s work is the treatment of a patient after a robot-assisted radical prostatectomy. According to the Institute of Health Information and Statistics of the Czech Republic, prostate disease ranks as the second most common disease among men. The theoretical part characterizes a brief summary and the problems of the disease. It specifies the prevalence, prevention, diagnostics and therapy. It also concerns itself with the history of the robot, the indication of this innovative technology, and the prostatectomy and cons of using the robotic system da Vinci Xi. It also describes the pre-surgery and post-surgery treatment of the patient who was indicated for a given surgery. From the recommendation from WHO and from the research of professional literature, this work summarizes which methods we can use to help patients relearn self-care so that they may return to their daily lives. The practical part such as the case report, based on the conception model from Marjory Godon, has been written on the day after a robot-assisted radical prostatectomy on a patient, based on all the treatment steps related to treatment problems on a patient, using the classification system NANDA I Taxonomy II 2015-2017. An informational leaflet for patients and the general public is included with the bachelor’s work. The goal of this work is the satisfaction of all needs necessary for keeping healthy and to inform of new methods of treating given disease.
