Leasing versus credit
Abstract:
Práce je zaměřena na posouzení správnosti rozhodování při pořizování dlouhodobého hmotného majetku na základě metody čisté současné hodnoty leasingu a nákladové a finanční náročnosti leasingu a úvěru. Na základě výsledků těchto metod zhodnotit současný stav firmy a doporučit vedení firmy, jak se při případném pořízení dlouhodobého majetku rozhodovat.
Abstract:
The work is aimed at assessing the accuracy of decision making in the acquisition of tangible assets based on the method of the net present value of the lease and the cost and financial cost of leasing and credit.Based on the results of these methods to evaluate the current state of the company and recommend management as in the event of acquisition of fixed assets decisions.
