V dnešní době se na profesionální sportovce kladou velké cíle a nároky. Součástí bývá velká psychická zátěž v podobě velké konkurence, nátlaku okolí a velkého očekávání včetně úspěchu. It usually includes a large psychological burden in the form of great competition, pressure from the environment and great expectations.
