Difference in presentation of selected accounting cases in financial and management accounting

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá vztahem finančního a manažerského účetnictví, a jejím cílem je zobrazit dopady vybraných účetních případů do finančního a manažerského účetnictví. Teoretická část je zaměřená na definování finančního a manažerského účetnictví, leasingu a také na oceňování majetku. V praktické části je představen podnik, jež se zabývá výkupem druhotných surovin a jejich následným prodejem. Nejprve se podíváme na dopad leasingu, který v manažerském účetnictví bereme jako pořízení majetku a tento majetek odepisujeme. Využijeme zde dvouokruhovou soustavu a zobrazíme si dopad v rozvaze a výsledovce. Dalším příkladem je nákup nemovitosti a její následný prodej, kde si ukážeme, že při ocenění stavby odhadcem je potřeba přepočítat v manažerském účetnictví odpisy podle reprodukční pořizovací ceny, což nám poté ovlivní výsledovku. Přecenění poté má dopad do rozvahy. Poslední příklad je věnován zásobám, kde si ukážeme dvouokruhovou soustavu a rozdíl při ocenění předem stanovenými náklady.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the relationship between financial and managerial accounting, and aims to show the impact of selected accounting cases on financial and management accounting. The theoretical part focuses on defining financial and managerial accounting, leasing and also asset valuation. In the practical part, a company is presented which deals with the purchase of secondary raw materials and their subsequent sale. We first look at the impact of leasing, which in management accounting is treated as an asset acquisition and depreciated. We will use the two-circuit system here and show the impact on the balance sheet and the income statement. Another example is the purchase of a property and its subsequent sale, where we will show that when the building is valued by an appraiser, we need to recalculate depreciation in management accounting at replacement cost, which then affects the income statement. The revaluation then has an impact on the balance sheet. The last example is devoted to inventories, where we will show the two-circuit system and the difference in the valuation of the predetermined cost.
