Composition analysis of medical materials using x-ray fluorescence sepctroscopy
Abstract:
Předložená bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou složení lékařských materiálů za pomoci rentgenové fluorescenční spektroskopie. Jejím cílem bylo určit složení měřených předmětů a zastoupení jednotlivých prvků. Byly použity tři typy rentgenek, u jedné bylo záření monochromatizováno. K detekci záření sloužil energiově disperzní polovodičový detektor.
Abstract:
The subject of the presented bachelors thesis is composition analysis of medical materials using x-ray fluorescence spectroscopy. Objective of this work was determine the composition of measured objects and representation of individual elements. We used three types of x-ray tubes, at one radiation was monochromated. The semiconductor detector was used to detect x-rays photons.
