Cílem této bakalářské práce je analýza příjmů a výdajů obce Huslenky v letech 2010 - 2013, posouzení stavu hospodaření a vytvoření návrhů na zlepšení hospodaření této obce. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část se zabývá charakteristikou veřejné správy, vysvětluje pojem obec, znaky obce, orgány obce, rozpočet a rozpočtovou soustavu. The purpose of this thesis is the financial statement analysis of the municipality Huslenky during the last three years (2010 - 2013), assessment of the state of management and to make proposals improving the management of this municipality.
