Cílem diplomové práce je analýza rozpočtového hospodaření Ústeckého kraje od roku 2001, kdy kraje vznikly, do roku 2010. V případě nepříznivého vývoje hospodaření navrhnout úsporná opatření. Diplomová práce je rozdělena do tří částí. V první kapitole se zabývám vznikem, působností a jednotlivými orgány vyšších územních samosprávných celků. Abstract:
The aim of the thesis is the analysis of budget management of Usti Region since 2001, when the regions were created, to 2010. In case of unfavourable development of economy it should propose economy measures. The diploma thesis is divided into three parts.
