Comprehensive landscape analysis of Neratov village

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá komplexním rozborem katastrálního území Neratova v Orlických horách, který se díky dominantě kostela s prosklenou střechou stává vyhledávanou destinací v regionu. Kombinací terénního průzkumu a literární rešerše vzniká posouzení primární, sekundární a terciární krajinné struktury, které slouží jako hlavní jednotky při hodnocení krajinného rázu. Na jeho základě byly vytyčeny hodnoty a limity území, kterými Neratov oplývá. Rozděleny byly do přírodní a kulturně-historickcé části, jakožto do dvou zásadních sfér, v nichž se obec vyjímá. Posouzení hodnot a limitů a následně vypracovaná SWOT analýza slouží jako podklad pro návrhovou část práce. Se znalostí těchto proměnných byla vypracována rámcová koncepce rozvoje území. Návrh práce se zabývá rozšířením pěšího okruhu v obci, který není v současné době dostatečně uživatelsky přívětivý.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis deals with a comprehensive analysis of the cadastral territory of Neratov in the Orlické Mountains, which, thanks to the dominant feature of the church with a glass roof, has become a sought-after destination in the region. The combination of field research and literature research creates an assessment of primary, secondary and tertiary landscape structure, which serve as the main units in the assessment of landscape character. On its basis, the values and limits of the territory with which Neratov abounds were laid out. They were divided into natural and cultural-historical parts, as two fundamental spheres in which the village stands out. The assessment of values and limits and the subsequent SWOT analysis serve as a basis for the design part of the work. With the knowledge of these variables, a framework concept for the development of the territory was developed. The work proposal deals with the expansion of the pedestrian circuit in the village, which is currently not sufficiently user-friendly.
