Cieľom práce je priblížiť problematiku záujmových skupín, poskytnúť teoretické východiská o ich klasifikácií a úlohách v procese tvorby formovania politiky. Predstaviť ich úlohu na úrovni EÚ, lobbing, jeho reguláciu a jeho vzťahy s korupciou a transparentnosťou.
