Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na alternativu rodičovství párů stejného pohlaví. Vysvětluje na jedné straně terminologii homosexuality, její historické kořeny i současné aspekty spojené s legislativním ukotvením registrovaného partnerství. Na straně druhé se zaměřuje na funkce rodiny, náhradní rodinnou péči a také homoparentalitu a rozebírá slučitelnost rodičovské péče v homosexuálních partnerstvích …more

The thesis is focused on the parenting alternative of the same-sex couples. On one hand it explains the terminology of homosexuality, its historical roots and contemporary aspects related to the legislative of registered partnerships. On the other hand it focuses on the function of the family, foster care and homoparentality and it discusses the compatibility of parental care in homosexual partnerships …more
