The Business Plan as the Part of Loan Application

Abstract:

Pokud chce společnost uskutečnit nový investiční projekt, ve chvíli kdy zpravidla nedisponuje dostatečným množstvím vlastních finančních prostředků, je důležité pro získání cizích zdrojů sestavit kvalitní podnikatelský plán pro možnost uskutečnění podnikatelského záměru. Cílem mé diplomové práce je sestavit úspěšný podnikatelský plán, ve kterém představím nový investiční projekt společnosti, určit aktuálně možný vhodný způsob jeho financování a životaschopnost investičního záměru. V teoretické části popisuji tvorbu a strukturu tohoto projektu z teoretické roviny. V praktické části jsem sestavila podnikatelský plán společnosti s využitím strategické analýzy mikrookolí a makrookolí. Pro získání aktuální finanční situace společnosti jsem vypracovala finanční analýzu podniku. V marketingovém plánu podrobně představuji svůj investiční záměr, zpracovala jsem analýzu SWOT, na jejímž základě definuji jednotlivé cíle podniku a vhodnou strategii pro jejich dosažení. Dále jsem zpracovala finanční plán společnosti, určila rizika projektu a získání finančních prostředků pomocí úvěru.

Abstract:

In case a company is willing to start a new project and does not have a sufficient amount of financial resources itself, the company needs to create a quality business plan in order to attract external investors. The goal of my dissertation is to create a successful business plan, where I will present a new investment project of the company, furthermore I will establish a currently possible way of project´s financing and also prove the quality of the investment opportunity. Firstly, in the theoretical assessment I describe creation and structure of the project from theoretical prospective. Secondly, in the practical assessment, I use strategic analysis of the micro and macro environment to set up business plan of the company. After I gained data regarding current state of company´s financial resources, I elaborated the financial analysis of the company. As part of the marketing plan I introduce in detail the investment opportunity same as SWOT analysis whose results led to the definition of company´s concrete goals and strategy leading to their achievement. Finally I worked out the financial plan, set up project´s risk and created strategy for acquisition of financial resources obtained from loan.
