Abstract:
Diplomová práce zjišťuje složení stravy, index tělesné hmotnosti (BMI) a podávání informací o zdravé výživě seniorům žijícím v přirozeném sociálním prostředí. Jejím obsahem je analýza stravovacích návyků u seniorů v domácím prostředí. Těžiště práce tvoří kvantitativní průzkumné šetření. Diploma theses is researching a structure of food, Body Mass Index (BMI) and providing the information about healthy nutrition to seniors living in natural social environment.
