Vinicultural and Viticultural Legislation in the Czech Republik - History and Prezent Situation
Abstract:
Diplomová práce zdůrazňuje základní mezníky při vývoji vinohradnické a vinařské legislativy v ČR. Zaměřuje se především na historické souvislosti, současnou právní úpravu zmiňuje s odkazem na nedávné diplomové práce jiných autorů. Popisuje klíčové okamžiky a události od prvních zmínek o vinařství až po současnost.
Abstract:
The thesis deals with viticulture and viniculture legislation from the historical point of view. It describes crucial moments and events from the earliest mention of viticulture in our country to the present. It is mainly focused on the history. Present-day legislation is mentioned with reference to another theses of different authors in previous years.
