Estabilishing and funding options for low-threshold facilities for children and youth.

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se věnuje problematice zakládání a financování nízkoprahových zařízení v České Republice a má za cíl předložit souhrnný přehled o založení a možnostech financování NZDM a na základě analýzy rozhodovacího procesu ve firmách poté stanovit doporučení jak žádat firmy o finanční dary. Práce je uvedena definováním pojmu nízkoprahovost a detailním popsáním NZDM, jejich poslání i cílů, včetně krátké deskripce historie NZDM v České republice. Následuje jedna z hlavních teoretických kapitol a to kapitola týkající se založení nízkoprahových zařízení, charakteristika právních forem poskytovatelů NZDM a popis průběhu registrace nízkoprahového zařízení včetně podmínek, které jsou nutné pro úspěšnou registraci. Další kapitola je věnována financování nízkoprahových zařízení. V této kapitole jsou po teoretické stránce popsány různé druhy financování a to konkrétně financování sociálních služeb ze státního rozpočtu, z rozpočtu krajů a obcí, dotací z Evropského sociálního fondu a také financování prostřednictvím fundraisingu. Praktická část obsahuje kvalitativní analýzu rozhodovacího procesu ve firmách, které jsou žádány o finanční dar a následný výstup a závěr z této analýzy.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the issue of the establishment and financing of low-threshold facilities in the Czech Republic and aims to present a comprehensive overview of the establishment and funding opportunities NZDM and the analysis of the decision-making process in companies then make recommendations as to ask the company for financial donations . The work is presented by defining the concept of low-threshold and detailed NZDM describing their mission and goals, including a short description of the history NZDM in the Czech Republic. The following is one of the main theoretical chapters - a chapter of the establishment of low- characterization legal forms providering NZDM a description of the registration of the institution , including the conditions that are required for successful registration. Another chapter is devoted to the financing of low-threshold devices. In this chapter the theoretical side describes the different types of funding and specifically the financing of social services from the state budget, regional budgets , grants from the European Social Fund and funding through fundraising. The practical part contains a qualitative analysis of the decision-making process in companies that are asked about donation and subsequent outcomes and conclusions from this analysis.
