A sale of claims and factoring financing - a significant resource of a current financing MSP

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou faktoringového financování malých a středních podniků v ČR. Cílem práce je vysvětlit a popsat funkce faktoringu, vymezit jeho druhy a možnosti využití. V první části se zaměřuji na charakteristiky faktoringu, jeho druhy, popisuji průběh realizace financování a řeším výhody a nevýhody, které s tohoto druhu financování vyplývají. Dále se zabývám náležitostmi faktoringové smlouvy a právní úpravou tohoto způsobu financování. Závěrem se ještě zmiňuji o historii faktoringu a porovnávám jeho využití u nás a v zahraničí. V praktické části popisuji vývoj využití faktoringu v ČR a představuji a porovnávám jeho největší poskytovatele. Také se snažím vysvětlit faktoring v měřítku mezinárodním. Charakterizuji nejvýznamnější světové faktoringové řetězce. V závěru pak dokládám důležité funkce faktoringu na praktických příkladech z oblasti malých a středních podniků.

Abstract:

This paper bachelor´s work deals with problems of factoring financing of small and medium sized companies in The Czech Republic. The aim of my work is to explain and describe functions of sectory and determine is't types and posibilities of using. The first part is focused on the charakterization of factoring, it's types, describing of financing realization and solution of it's advantages and disadvantages, that follow from certain type of financing. Next part of my work is engaged in relevancis of faktory contracts and laws and adjustment of this kind of financing. In conclusions, I add some historical detail of factoring and I compare it's using in The Czech Republic and abroad as well. Practical part of my bachaleor work is describing the trend in using this type of financing in The Czech Republic and I try to introdukce and compare the main providers. My aim is to clar out even the international compare of factoring, I describe the moust importatant factoring chains. The last part of my work documents the importatnt functions of factoring in practical examples in the area of small and medium companies.
