Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na tematiku hypotečních úvěrů na českém a německém bankovním trhu. První část je věnována teoretickému vymezení hypotečních úvěrů. V druhé části práce jsou stručně analyzovány oba bankovní trhy dle vybraných kritérií (například počet bank, velikost bilanční sumy, kapitálová přiměřenost). This thesis focuses on the topic of mortgage loans in the Czech and German banking market. The theory of mortgage loans is discussed in the first part. Both banking markets are briefly analyzed according to selected criteria (such as the number of banks, total assets, capital adequacy) in the second part.
